More Than A Message - Workshop Summary
Even the strongest message won’t deliver itself! Learn how the pros plan their campaigns, measure their accomplishments, and do it even better next time. The More Than a Message training provides big concepts and practical tips you need to plan and carry out your effort. The workshop trains you how to target specific audiences, deliver your message to them, and hold their attention long enough to have your desired impact.

This course will consist of 3 instructor-led, webinar sessions. All sessions begin at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
- Part 1 Session. "What happens to your message once it's out there?," Tuesday, Dec 6, 90 minutes
- Part 2 Session. "Ready, Aim, Fire! or Ready, Fire, Aim?," Wednesday, Dec 7, 90 minutes
- Part 3 Session. "Plan Your Work, Work Your Plan," Thursday, Dec 8, 90 minutes

For those of you interested in participating in the certificate track the November 29th meeting will involve an additional 30 minutes for your homework assignments. You'll get the most from the class if you join us for all three sessions, but recordings will be available if you have to miss one.
If you complete all the assignments by 12/10/2016, you'll receive a transcript stating you have completed 10 contact hours of professional development training and are entitled to 1 continuing education credit from your licensing or certification body.
CORE102: More Than A Message is the second in a four-part series. If you complete the full series, you will earn a professional certificate you can put on your resume.

Chandra leads our online trainings. Before joining our team, Chandra was the Ogeechee Riverkeeper — part of a network of determined waterway guardians. Starting as a one-woman show, she learned on the job marketing and communications skills and grew her rural organization from nothing to nearly 2,000 members

The PACD primarily serves as the collective voice for Pennsylvania’s 66 county conservation districts. Over the years the Association has played an integral part in shaping the modern conservation district by providing advocacy, education and training, program coordination and facilitation to districts and their constituents.
